·         Hong Kong permanent resident holding a passport with the right to live and work in Hong Kong indefinitely

·         Educated to HKCEE standard or equivalent with a pass in English (Syllabus B)

·         Proficiency in reading and speaking English and Cantonese/Mandarin

·         Knowledge of other Asian languages (especially Hindi) and dialects is an added advantage

·         Minimum arm-reach of 212cm

·         Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential
